DPR confirms video talks on prisoners swap scheduled for July 31

Donetsk, Jul 19 – DAN. A video conference of the Minsk humanitarian subgroup on prisoners exchange will take place on July 31, said DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova.

"The discussion of the prisoners swap in video talks mode will take place on July 31," she said.

Earlier today the deputy chairwoman of the Ukrainian parliament representing the country at the Minsk talks Irina Geraschenko announced plans to hold talks on the detainees via skype on July 31. *ot
