Donetsk, Mar 14 – DAN. Collaboration on attaining the agenda of the political working group will lead the Minsk process out of stagnation, said DPR acting Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova.

"Only collaboration on attaining the agenda of the political working group and Kiev's goodwill in negotiations can lead the talks out of stagnation, and become a basis for developments towards a stable and durable peace in Donbass."

Nikonorova said that today's meeting yielded no new results, as Ukrainian side kept ignoring the order of necessary actions provided for by the Minsk Agreements.

"Only after the Steinmeier 's formula is agreed upon, only after the law on Donbass special status comes we can proceed to other political issues on the agenda," she insisted.

Another round of the Minsk talks took place today, the sides discussed POW exchange, Vodafone service restoration in Donbass, DPR vehicles shelling incidents that occurred at the Donetsk water treatment plant.
