Donetsk, Jun 9 - DAN. The four subgroups of the Contact Group began talks in Minsk in the format of video conference on Tuesday, the Donetsk People’s Republic Foreign Ministry reported.

As of now, negotiations have started in the political, economic and security subgroups. The Tuesday talks were opened by the humanitarian subgroup members.
The agenda is focused on additional ceasefire control measures, three new disengagement areas, uninterrupted water supply in the region and revival of economic ties, the DPR Foreign Ministry said.

The talks are held via video conference because of the coronavirus infection threat. The Contact Group will sum up the results of the negotiations on June 10.*jk
