Donetsk, Mar 13 — DAN. The “Donbass Post” state-owned unitary enterprise has launched two more centers on Monday to process Russian passport application documents.

The acceptance facility at the Head Office takes about 20 minutes to service one person. Six Migration Service staff do the paperwork, and another three are responsible for fingerprinting and photographing. Each of the two centers is expected to service 30 to 45 people a day.

An Interior Ministry officer told the Donetsk News Agency that some people continue to present incomplete documents.

“The translation of the passport issued by Ukraine and other documents in Ukrainian are a must, ” she said. “Applicants can do it on their own without certification by notary.”

The passport issuance timeframe is ten to 12 days.

Earlier reports said that four branches of the DPR Migration Service in Donetsk, one in Gorlovka and one in Yasinovataya would start accepting Russian passport application documents on March 13 and that acceptance facilities would operate under the Multifunctional Public Services Center and “Donbass Post.” *jk
