Donetsk, Apr 13 — DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have been shelling the Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk since Thursday morning. The enemy mostly uses NATO artillery pieces having expended over 30 artillery rounds by now.
One of the shells hit a single-family home in Signalnaya Street in the Oktyabrsky neighborhood in northwestern Donetsk wounding a 61-year-old man. It punctured a huge hole in the house while the blast wave and shrapnel smashed windows and damaged the facade and the roof.
The street is littered with debris, grape vine parts and fragments of utility sheds.
The DAN correspondents who arrived at the scene had to leave it several minutes later for safety reasons as they heard the sound of a flying drone. Soon the area came under artillery fire again.*jk
