Donetsk, Nov 28 — DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have shelled central Donetsk on Monday evening, city mayor Alexey Kulemzin said.
“Ukrainian Nazis shelled the Kievsky and Voroshilovsky districts using BM-21 ‘Grad’ multiple rocket launchers, ” Kulemzin said. “Local residents reported impacts in Shkolny Avenue, Naberezhnaya Street and Mira Avenue.”
Six rocket projectiles were fired at residential areas, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC) reported.
“A civilian was killed at a petrol station opposite the Victoria Hotel in Mira Avenue when the Voroshilovsky district came under fire. The victim is being identified. The fire that broke out when a gas pipe was punctured by shrapnel in the Kalininsky district has been extinguished. Gas service personnel are working at the site, ” Kulemzin said.
On Sunday, Ukrainian gunmen shelled the center of Donetsk twice using MLRS and other weapons.*jk
