Donetsk, Feb 28 – DAN. The Kievskiy district of Donetsk came under a massive barrage today, the city mayor Alexey Kulemzin said.

The building of the Revenues Ministry at 114 Artyoma street. Houses at Orbity, Artyoma, Volnovakhskaya, Velikozavodskaya street sustained damage, as well as gas pipes along the 295 Orbity street and 45 Kievskiy avenue.

The JCCC said that 78 transformer stations and 5 boiler houses are off the grid, 10 thousand customers are without power.

Preliminary reports said they were casualties in the shelling that occurred at 11 a.m., Grad MLRS rockets and artillery rounds of 152 mm and 122 mm hit the city. *ot
