Donetsk, Dec 27 — DAN. Ukrainian forces have damaged some 400 homes in the Chervonogvardeisky district in western Makeyevka since March 2022, district administration head Viktoria Morozova told the Donetsk News Agency on Tuesday.

“As many as 388 homes have been  damaged since the first massive strike on March 6, ” Morozova said adding that the figure includes the house damaged in the artillery attack on Monday.

“Ukrainian gunmen shell the neighborhood nearly every day causing civilian casualties, ” she said.

 More than 9,300 homes and over 2,200 civil infrastructure facilities have been damaged in the Donetsk People’s Republic since the Donbass conflict escalated on February 17, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes said in its latest updates.*jk
