Donetsk, Feb 21 – DAN. The Donetsk water treatment plant (DFS) went off grid on Monday as Ukrainian shelling disrupted power lines feeding it, the DPR Mission to the JCCC said.
"Spot reports say that violations of ceasefire by Kiev resulted in disruption of power supply to the DFS, the plant is halted, water supply interrupted."
The DPR has announced a state-wide emergency as more than 20,000 residents have no access to water following Ukrainian shelling. *ot
