Donetsk, Sep 4 — DAN. Two civilians have been killed and another eight have been wounded in Ukrainian gunmen’s artillery strikes at the Mironovsky settlement outside Svetlodarsk, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC) reported on Monday.
A 45-year-old man and a 58-year-old woman were killed, and eight people including two 11-year-old children were wounded, the JCCC said.
Ukrainian armed forces fired three multiple rocket launcher rounds at Mironovsky from Kramatorsk at 10:50. One of the projectiles hit School No 10. Damage was caused to School No 9, administration building, Donbass Post office and a recently opened multi-functional public services center. Three apartment buildings in Lenin and Komsomolskaya Street took direct hits; damage was caused to nine houses overall.
Other reports said that two apartment buildings and a gas pipe were damaged by Ukrainian artillery fire at Makeyevka’s Chervonogvardeisky district.*jk
