Donetsk, Jan 12 — DAN. Three persons have been hurt in a Kiev artillery attack on Donetsk’s Leninsky district, the Donetsk People’s Republic Territorial Defense Headquarters reported on Thursday.
“The Ukrainian army attacked the Leninsky district of Donetsk wounding three people, ” the report said.
The enemy fired five 155mm (NATO standard) projectiles at the district at 8:50, said the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC). The strike was delivered from the Kiev-held Paraskoviyevka southwest of Donetsk.
Damage assessment is underway. DAN correspondents are on the way to the scene of shelling. *jk
