Donetsk, Oct 31 — DAN. Ukrainian artillery attacks have damaged outdoor heating lines in the Oktyabrsky neighborhood in Donetsk’s Kuibyshevsky district, city mayor Alexey Kulemzin said on Tuesday.
Four boiler houses have suspended operation: five schools, six kindergartens and 163 houses in Kuibyshev, Astafyev, Vakhurshev and Kovalko Streets are without heat supply, Kulemzin said.
Repairs are expected to last until November 8 in in some places, but heat supply to some of the houses will be restored shortly, he said.
In the city’s Kirovsky district, workers are repairing a 700mm pipe to stabilize water supply to the boiler houses in the Shiroky and Pobeda neighborhoods.
Earlier reports said that a Ukrainian drone had attacked the district administration building in the Staromikhailovka settlement. One person was injured; windows of the building were damaged in the attack.*jk
