Donetsk, Jun 25 – DAN. A DPR resident has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for spying in favor of a foreign security service, the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office press service said.
The investigation revealed that a DPR resident collected military date in the period of November 2017 – August 2019 and passed it to a person acting in favor of a foreign intelligence to be used against the DPR security.
The Appeals Chamber of the DPR Supreme Court has sentenced him to 10 years of imprisonment in a high security correctional facility under Art. 321 (Espionage) DPR Criminal Code. *ot
