Donetsk, Jan 25 – DAN. DPR Prosecutor General’s Office has filed six criminal cases this month over war crimes committed by Kiev forces in Donbass.
“Six criminal cases have been filed over acts of terror and planning, unleashing or waging war,” head of PGO investigation department Roman Belous told Donetsk News Agency on Wednesday.
Among the Ukrainian military under criminal prosecution are commanders of 30th, 53rd and 54th separate infantry brigades and 46th Donbass-Ukraine special task force battalion, Belous said.
As of late November 2016, PGO had 344 criminal cases over shelling of DPR territory by Ukrainian army. A report on Monday said a criminal case had been filed over shelling of a passenger bus in Elenovka area in which a woman was injured. *jk
