Donetsk, May 6 – DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic Prosecutor General’s Office opened criminal cases against senior Ukrainian army commanders complicit in the shelling of DPR areas, the PGO press service said.
“Criminal proceedings were opened against Ukrainian army brigade commanders, three cases are being investigated,” the report said.
The suspects were identified as Ukrainian army 24th separate mechanized brigade commander Valeriy Gudz and 53rd separate mechanized brigade commander Ivan Garaz. Criminal cases are opened under Art.229 s.2, p. a, c (Terrorist Attack) following attacks on Elenovka and Gorlovka on May 4 and 5.
These strikes ordered by the suspects damaged two outbuildings in Elenovka and a house in Golmovskiy.*ot
