Donetsk, Apr 17 — DAN. A civilian has been hurt in the detonation of a “Lepestok” anti-personnel mine at the cemetery in the Grabari neighborhood in western Donetsk, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC) reported on Monday.
The cemetery is located in the city’s Kuibyshevsky district; the victim is a 51-year-old man, the JCCC said. One hundred and ten people in the Donetsk People’s Republic have been wounded in anti-personnel mine blasts since last summer; three of them later died.
The DPR Interior Ministry earlier urged residents to refrain from visiting 15 cemeteries in Donetsk, Gorlovka, Dokuchayevsk, Volnovakha, Yelenovka, Okyabrskoye, Yasinovataya and its suburbs. The “Grabarskoye” cemetery is on the list.*jk
