Donetsk, Jan 11 — DAN. A civilian has been wounded in a Kiev artillery attack on Gorlovka’s Tsentralno-Gorodskoy district, town mayor Ivan Prikhodko said on Wednesday.

The man was at home at the time of the attack. The strike damaged five houses  and a car and cut power supply to 11 electrical substations, Prikhodko said.

Ukrainian forces fired 14 155mm (NATO standard) projectiles at Gorlovka from 10:30 to 10:45, said the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes.

Earlier reports said that the enemy resumed artillery strikes at Donetsk after a 13-hour lull. As of the time of publication of this news item, the enemy had fired 18 rounds of ammunition at the town using long-range “NATO” artillery and multiple launch rocket systems.*jk
