Donetsk, Nov 14 — DAN. More than 550 homes in the Kievsky and Kuibyshevsky districts of Donetsk have been without heat supply for three days due to power outages, city mayor Alexey Kulemzin said.
“As of 7:00, November 17, 28 boiler houses (17 in the Kievsky district and 11 in the Kuibyshevsky district) were without power, ” Kulemzin said. “Heat supply has been cut to 553 homes (310 in the Kievsky district and 243 in the Kuibyshevsky district).”
All the resources are being used to carry out repairs, he said.
On Sunday, power outages occurred affected more than 110,000 customers in five Donetsk districts including the center of the city. Reports on Monday said that power was restored to more than 50 percent of users. Full repairs require high voltage line replacement which will take several days.*jk
