Earlier, he said that the Kremlin regarded the NATO-Ukraine cooperation program as provocative. Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Jens Stoltenberg said after the NATO-Ukraine Council meeting in late November that the alliance and Kiev had adopted a program of cooperation for 2024 that included energy security and Ukrainian army training.*jk
