Donetsk, May 24 — DAN. Residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics now have the opportunity to apply for a credit card of Promsyazbank (PSB), the press service of the financial organizations reported on Wednesday.

“Residents of the Republics can get a multi-purpose payment instrument with 101 days of grace period without commission or interest, ” the press service said.

The minimum card limit is 10,000 rubles. Card issue and service are free of charge. Cash can be withdrawn from the card at ATMs operated by PSB or partner banks in Russia; the limit for one-time withdrawal is 3,000 rubles, while the monthly limit is set at 30,000 rubles.

Prospective clients can apply for a PSB card at any of the Bank’s 380 offices in the designated regions.

Earlier reports said that PSB had launched a program enabling card users to withdraw cash at DPR petrol stations

PSB was the first among large Russian banks to offer a package of banking services in the new Russian regions as it developed its infrastructure and launched all socially significant services for the population and business. Last November, the Bank began to offer consumer loans to DPR and LPR residents. The launching of credit cards replenished the package of available financial products and services.*jk
