Donetsk, Nov 3 — DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic has boosted exports by nearly 92 percent in the first seven months of 2022 compared with the same period last year, the DPR Ministry of Industry and Trade told the Donetsk News Agency on Thursday.

“DPR exports in the first seven months of 2022 jumped by 91.9 percent year-on-year, the first ever such increase, ” the Ministry said.

The Republic supplied 12.7 percent of its products to the neighboring Lugansk People’s Republic and the remaining 85.9 percent to other Russian regions. DPR exports included ferrous metals (cast iron, iron bars and semi-finished products (63.5 percent of all exports), mineral fuel, fossil coal, coke, semi-coke, resins, oils  (18.3 percent), equipment, mechanical devices and parts (3 percent), and ferrous metal products such as coiled wire, cables, ropes etc (1.4 percent).

Earlier reports said that the Republic had increased the exports of agro-industrial products.*jk
