Donetsk, Jan 19 — DAN. “Wagner” Group fighters have liberated the village of Klescheyevka on the southern boundary of Artyomovsk, “Wagner” Group Head Yevgeny Prigozhin said on Thursday.
“We can safely announce that ‘Wagner’ units fully control the settlement of Klescheyevka, a key suburb of Bakhmut, ” Prigozhin said. “Klescheyevka has been liberated.”
Fierce fighting around the village is ongoing. “Wagner” Group units are advancing meter by meter. The settlement of Artyomovsk will be captured, ” he said.
The village of Klescheyevka is located in the southern outskirts of Artyomovsk. More than 500 people lived there before the war.*jk
