Donetsk, Feb 24 — DAN. “Wagner” private military company units have taken control of the Berkhovka village north of Artyomovsk, PMC Head Yevgeny Prigozhin said on Friday.
“We’ve taken full control of Berkhovka, ” the “Wagner” Group press service quoted him as saying.
The settlement is located some 1.5 kilometers from the northern outskirts of Artyomovsk. The control of the village enables the “Wagner” Group to cut off yet another supply line to the Ukrainian troops in the town, and mount a thrust into the neighboring Yagodnoye settlement .*jk
