Donetsk, Nov 2 — DAN. Volunteers from the regional branch of the “United Russia” party have passed more than 100 tons of aid to servicemen in the Donetsk People’s Republic since the beginning of this year.
“More than 100 tons of aid were delivered from January 1 to November 1 including power generators, heaters, sleeping bags, tents, outfit, footwear, medications and foodstuffs, ” the press service of the regional branch told the Donetsk News Agency on Thursday.
Prosthetic devices were passed to hospitals that provide rehabilitation to injured fighters, together with electric underblankets, bedclothes, mattresses and fresh fruit.
The aid was delivered under the aegis of the Parcel to the Front action with the assistance of United Russia representatives, volunteer organizations and funds from all corners of the country.*jk
