Donetsk, Sep 29 - DAN. Ukrainian forces shelled frontline DPR territory 123 times over 24 hours, a DPR military official said.
"The situation in DPR remains tense. Ukraine's military continuously break obligations to maintain the ceasefire. Over the last 24 hours Ukrainian butchers shelled our territory 123 times using tanks, mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers and small arms," said deputy commander of DPR Operations Command Colonel Eduard Basurin.
He added that the enemy fired 19 tanks rounds, 51 82mm and 120mm mortar rounds, IFV guns, grenade launchers and small arms were also used.
Yasinovataya and Dokuchaevsk outskirts, Zaitsevo in vicinity of Gorlovka, Trudovskie and Aleksandrovka villages in Petrovskiy district of Donetsk, Spartak village north of Donetsk and Kominternovo in DPR south were hit.
Earlier in the day, military source told DAN news agency that the previous evening Ukrainian army hit industrial area outside Yasinovataya and Donetsk western suburb with tanks and mortars fire.
