Donetsk, Apr 22 - DAN. Kiev army violated the ceasefire seven times over the past 24 hours firing nearly 50 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic territory, head of the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said on Monday.
“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire seven times expending 47 rounds of ammunition,” Yakubov said.
Fire was delivered at the Donetsk neighbourhoods of Alexandrovka, Zhabichevo and Trudovskiye, the Spartak village north of the city and Yasinovataya and the adjacent Yakovlevka settlement. The enemy used mortars, infantry fighting vehicle cannons, grenade launchers and small arms, he added.
The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.
In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire five times firing more than 80 rounds at DPR areas.*jk
