Donetsk, Apr 13 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have violated the ceasefire on the contact line with the Donetsk People’s Republic eight times over the past 24 hours, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Tuesday.
“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire eight times expending 66 rounds of ammunition (the amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics),” the report said.
Fire was delivered at the areas of the Shakhta 6/7, Shakhta Gagarina and Bairak settlements in Gorlovka and the outskirts of the Vesyoloye village and Signalnoye settlement outside Donetsk. The enemy used 82mm and 120mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arms, the JCCC said.
No civilian casualties or damage to civil infrastructure have been recorded.
In the previous reporting period, Kiev forces opened fire at the DPR four times.
The package of tighter ceasefire control measures came into force in Donbass on July 27, 2020. The document bans the use of all weapons, deployment of hardware, special operations, engineer works and unmanned aerial vehicles flights.*jk
