Donetsk, Feb 25 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire nine times over the past 24 hours firing nearly 100 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic territory,  the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Tuesday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire nine times expending 98 rounds of ammunition,” the report said.
Strikes were delivered at the areas of the Gagarin Colliery and Izotov Colliery settlements (Gorlovka axis); the Volvo Centre, the Zhabichevo and Alexandrovka settlements and the Vesyoloye village (Donetsk axis), and the town of Dokuchayevsk (Mariupol axis), the JCCC said.

The enemy used 82mm mortars, grenade launchers and high calibre small arms. The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.

In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian army units fired more than 40 rounds of ammunition at the DPR in five ceasefire violations.*jk
