Donetsk, Feb 6 - DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire on the contact line with the Donetsk People’s Republic ten times over the past 24 hours, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Thursday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire ten times expending 21 rounds of ammunition,” the report said.

Strikes were delivered at the Trudovskaya Colliery settlement and the Volvo Centre (Donetsk axis), the Gagarin Colliery and 6/7 Colliery settlements (Gorlovka axis), Dokuchayevsk and the Sakhanka village (Mariupol axis), the JCCC said.

The enemy used 82mm and 120mm mortars, grenade launchers and high calibre small arms. The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.

On Wednesday, strikes by Ukrainian armed formations damaged a water pipe and power supply facilities in the 6/7 Colliery neighbourhood in northern Gorlovka. The shelling also caused damage to the unused school at 26 Timiryazev Street.

In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian forces fired more than 100 rounds of ammunition at the DPR territory in 18 ceasefire violations.*jk
