Donetsk, Jul 12 — DAN. The situation in the Donetsk People’s Republic remains tense as the enemy continues to shell civil infrastructure.
Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces have fired 267 artillery rounds at the DPR, mostly from NATO-supplied weapons. Multiple rocket launchers and 155mm artillery (NATO standard) were employed in 44 of the 50 strikes.
The enemy targeted districts of Donetsk, Makeyevka, Yasinovataya and Gorlovka and the settlements of Yelenovka, Luganskoye and Staromikhailovka.
A civilian was reportedly wounded and five homes were damaged in Kiev artillery fire on Donetsk over the past 24 hours.
On Monday, Ukrainian army units shelled the DPR 63 times.*jk
