Ukrainian forces fire over 370 artillery, mortar rounds at DPR over 24 hours – Basurin

Donetsk, Aug 23 – DAN. Ukrainian forces fired 374 rocket artillery, artillery and mortar rounds at DPR frontline areas over the past 24 hours, DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin said on Wednesday.

“On Mariupol axis, the enemy fired 20 rocket artillery rounds, three tank gun rounds and 67 120mm and 54 82mm mortar rounds. On Donetsk axis, six 152mm artillery rounds, 118 122mm and 102 82mm mortar rounds were fired."

Basurin said Krasnyi Partizan outside Gorlovka had also been targeted with four 120mm mortar rounds.

Overall, 45 ceasefire violations by Ukrainian forces were registered by DPR Command over the last 24 hours. *ot
