Donetsk, Dec 19 - DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire six times firing more than 90 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic territory, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Thursday.
“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire six times expending 94 rounds of ammunition,” the report said.
Strikes were delivered at the Trudovskaya Colliery and Yasnoye settlements (Donetsk axis), Dolomitnoye (Gorlovka settlement), and the Leninskoye village (Mariupol axis).
The enemy used 82mm mortars, infantry fighting vehicle cannons, grenade launchers and high calibre small arms. The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.
In the previous reporting period, Kiev forces shelled DPR areas eight times expending nearly 30 rounds of ammunition.*jk
