Ukrainian forces fire more than 740 rounds at DPR over week - Basurin

Donetsk, Aug 4 - DAN. Ukrainian army units fired 744 artillery and mortar rounds at DPR frontline areas over the past week, the Republic’s Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin said on Friday.

“Over the past week, the enemy violated the ceasefire 407 times firing 744 artillery, tank gun and mortar rounds at the Republic’s territory,” Basurin said.

Thirty settlement areas came under fire overall, he added.

Six houses were damaged in Donetsk, Dokuchayevsk and Yasinovataya.

Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 50 times over the past 24 hours, firing 105 rounds at DPR.*jk
