Ukrainian forces fire more than 1,500 rounds at DPR over 24 hours - JCCC

Donetsk, Dec 5 - DAN. Ukrainian forces fired more than 1,500 rounds of ammunition at DPR frontline areas over the past 24 hours, DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov said on Tuesday.

“The overall number of Ukrainian army ammunition rounds fired at DPR territory amounted to 1531,” Yakubov said.

DPR settlements on Donetsk axis came under massive fire. The enemy used artillery, infantry fighting vehicle cannons, grenade launchers, large calibre machine guns and small arms, he added.

Earlier reports said Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire 41 times over the past 24 hours. Fourteen settlements in the Republic came under fire. *jk
