Donetsk, Jun 6 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire eight times over the past 24 hours, head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said on Thursday.
“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire eight times expending 90 rounds of ammunition,” Yakubov said.
Strikes were delivered at the Spartak, Mineralnoye and Zhabichevo neighbourhoods in the outskirts and suburbs of Donetsk and Gorlovka’s 6/7 Colliery, Gagarin Colliery and Dolomitnoye neighbourhoods, he added.
The enemy used 82mm mortars, infantry fighting vehicle cannons, grenade launchers and high calibre small arms. The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.
The DPR Emergencies Ministry reported that a house in Yasinovataya’s Mayakovskogo Street was damaged as it was hit by unexploded ordnance.
