Ukrainian forces fire 800 rounds at DPR territory over week - JCCC

Donetsk, Nov 19 - DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire 109 times over the past week, firing nearly 800 rounds of ammunition at Donetsk People’s Republic areas, head of the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said on Monday.

“From November 12 till November 18, 109 ceasefire violations by the Ukrainian army were recorded,” Yakubov said. ”Overall, 799 rounds (0.3 tons) of ammunition were fired at the DPR.”

“The enemy fired five 120 120mm mortar rounds and 41 82mm mortar rounds in the reporting period, he said adding that two civilians were wounded and two houses damaged in shelling.

Earlier on Monday reports said that Kiev forces had violated the ceasefire 15 times over the past 24 hours firing nearly 20 rounds at the DPR.*jk
