Donetsk, Sep 23 - DAN. Ukrainian forces expended 10.5 tons of ammunition in strikes at the Donetsk People’s Republic territory over the past week, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said on Monday.

“In the period from September 16 to September 22, 115 ceasefire violations by Ukrainian armed formations were recorded,” the JCCC said. “Overall, Ukrainian forces fired 783 rounds of ammunition (10.5 tons or 112 boxes).”

“In the designated period, the enemy fired 88 152mm and 122mm artillery rounds and more than 180 120mm and 82mm mortar rounds at the DPR. Three civilians were wounded and six houses and infrastructure facilities were damaged in the shelling, it added.

Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire 13 times firing 186 rounds of ammunition at DPR areas.*jk
