Donetsk, Feb 27 - DAN. Ukrainian forces fired more than 350 rounds of ammunition at DPR frontline areas over the past 24 hours, head of DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov said on Tuesday.
“Overall, Ukrainian army units expended 352 rounds of ammunition,” Yakubov said.
Ukrainian forces targeted Staromikhailovka, Shakhty Abakumova, Lozovoye and Zhabichevo neighbourhoods, Volvo Centre and airport area in suburban Donetsk, Dolomitnoye and Verkhnetoretskoye settlements outside Gorlovka, Dokuchayevsk town, and Kominternovo, Styla, Novolaspa villages in DPR south.
According to updated JCCC reports, eight houses and a car were damaged in shelling in Dokuchayevsk over the past 24 hours.
Earlier, DPR Operations Command said Kiev forces violated the ceasefire 16 times over the past 24 hours. Overall 11 DPR settlements came under fire. A house in western Donetsk sustained shelling damage.*jk
