Donetsk, Nov 15 – DAN. Ukrainian forces fired 248 artillery and mortar rounds at western outskirts of Donetsk, Yasinovataya suburbs, and Belaya Kamenka village in Telmanovsky district on Monday evening and night, a DPR defence source told Donetsk News Agency on Tuesday.
“From 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., Ukrainian side fired a total of 248 tank gun rounds, 122mm and 152 mm artillery rounds and 82mm and 120mm mortar rounds at Trudovskie, Aleksandrovka and Staromikhailovka villages west of Donetsk, the industrial zone outside Yasinovataya and Belaya Kamenka village in the Republic’s Telmanovsky district,” the source said.
Aside from heavy artillery and mortars, Ukrainian forces employed infantry fighting vehicle cannons, grenade launchers and small arms. No casualties or damage have been reported.
Earlier, DPR Operations Command said Ukrainian forces had violated the ceasefire 300 times in the past 24 hours leaving two DPR militiamen dead.
