Donetsk, Jun 5 - DAN. Ukrainian forces fired more than 200 rounds of ammunition at Donetsk People’s Republic frontline areas over the past 24 hours, head of the DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov said on Tuesday.

“Overall, Ukrainian army units expended 204 rounds of ammunition,” Yakubov said.

Observers recorded strikes at Donetsk western outskirts and Yasinovataya, Dokuchayevsk, Gorlovka and Telmanovo suburbs. Four houses in Dokuchayevsk and one house in the Zaitsevo neighbourhood outside Gorlovka sustained shelling damage.

Sixteen ceasefire violations were recorded over the past 24 hours, according to the JCCC.

During the previous 24-hour period, Ukrainian forces fired more than 150 rounds of ammunition at DPR frontline areas damaging at least seven houses, a gas pipe and transmission lines.*jk
