Donetsk, Dec 26 — DAN. Ukrainian army units shelled the Donetsk People’s Republic 53 times in the period from 6:00, December 25 to 6:00, December 26, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC) reported on Monday.
Strikes were delivered at Donetsk, Makeyevka, Yasinovataya, Mayorsk and their suburbs. The enemy used 155mm, 152mm and 122mm artillery expending 189 rounds of the ammunition, the JCCC said.
A man was wounded and seven homes and infrastructure facilities were damaged in Ukrainian artillery fire.
In the previous 24-hour period, four civilians including a seven-year-old child were wounded in shelling by Ukrainian forces.*jk
