Ukrainian forces fire 1,452 rounds at DPR territory over 24 hours - JCCC

Donetsk, Apr 26 - DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire 38 times over the past 24 hours firing nearly 1,500 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic territory, head of the DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said on Thursday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 38 times expending 1452 rounds of ammunition,” Yakubov said.

The outskirts of Donetsk and Yasinovataya, Gorlovka and Dokuchayevsk’s outlying neighbourhoods and settlements in the south of the Republic came under fire. Ukrainian forces used artillery, tank guns, mortars and infantry fighting vehicle cannons.

On Wednesday evening, Ukrainian forces opened fire at the Spartak village north of Donetsk with tank guns and mortars.*jk
