Ukrainian forces fire 142 rounds at DPR areas over 24 hours - JCCC

Donetsk, Mar 13 - DAN. Ukrainian forces fired nearly 150 rounds of ammunition at Donetsk People’s Republic frontline areas over the past 24 hours, head of the DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov said on Tuesday.

“Overall, Ukrainian army units expended 142 rounds of ammunition,” Yakubov said adding that southern DPR came under massive fire.

Earlier, the DPR Operations Command said Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire five times over the past 24 hours. Yasinovataya outskirts, northern Gorlovka and three villages in southern DPR came under fire. A house was damaged by shelling in the Kominternovo village.

On March 2, the Minsk talks participants agreed a new ceasefire in Donbass effective from March 5. *jk
