Ukrainian army violates ceasefire 34 times over 24 hours – DPR Operations Command

Donetsk, Oct 30 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 34 times over the past 24 hours, DPR Operations Command said.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 34 times firing at 13 DPR townships areas,” a DPR Operations Command representative said.

The enemy used artillery, mortars, infantry fighting vehicle cannons, armored personnel carriers guns, grenade launchers and small arms.

On the previous day, Kiev forces opened fire on Yakovlevka and Yasinovataya, the shelling lasted for three hours.

The ‘school ceasefire’ has been agreed to by the sides as the new academic year is to begin in Donbass on September 1. It came into force at midnight August 25. It hasn’t proved to be durable, thought in the first hours the security situation along the contact line stabilized.*ot
