Donetsk, Nov 7 - DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire 22 times over the past 24 hours firing nearly 300 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic territory, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Thursday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire 22 times expending 283 rounds of ammunition,” the report said.

Strikes were delivered at the Trudovskaya Colliery neighbourhood, the Volvo Centre area, the city airport, Yelenovka, Spartak, Kashtanovoye, Zhabichevo and Krutaya Balka (Donetsk axis), Gagarin Colliery, 6/7 Colliery and Dolomitnoye (Gorlovka axis), and Novolaspa, Leninskoye, Kominternovo and Novaya Tavriya (Mariupol axis), the JCCC added.

The enemy used mortars, infantry fighting vehicle cannons, grenade launchers and small arms. The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.

In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian forces expended 159 rounds of ammunition firing at DPR areas.*jk
