Donetsk, May 14 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 21 times over the past week, said DPR People’s Militia deputy chief-of-staff Eduard Basurin.

“Ukrainian fighters violated the ceasefire 21 times over the past week using 120 mm, 82 mm, grenade launchers, tank guns, IFVs, anti-tank missiles, anti-airctaft guns, and small arms including large caliber machine guns," he said.

The enemy targeted 12 townships.

Three households sustained damage in Shakhta Trudovskaya, two houses sustained hits in Shakta Chelyuskintsev.

A civilian and a service member lost their lives to Ukrainian attacks. Two defenders were injured.

The enemy also used an UAV to drop a VOG-17 grenade launcher round.

The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
