Donetsk, Jan 19 – DAN. Ukrainian forces shelled Spartak and Krutaya Balka villages in Yasinovatskiy district, Zaitsevo village outside Gorlovka and Donetsk airport area overnight, a Republic’s defence source told Donetsk News Agency on Thursday.
“Ukrainian forces shelled Spartak, Krutaya Balka, Zaitsevo and Donetsk airport area with mortars on Wednesday evening and night,” the officer said, adding that they also used infantry fighting vehicle cannons, grenade launchers and small arms.
Earlier on Thursday, acting Gorlovka administration head Ivan Prikhodko said three residential houses were damaged in Zaitsevo by Ukrainian forces shelling at night. *jk
