Donetsk, Dec15 – DAN. Ukrainian forces fired 160 artillery and mortar rounds at the outskirts of Donetsk, Dokuchayevsk, Gorlovka, Yasinovataya and south DPR villages since Wednesday evening, a DPR defence source told Donetsk News Agency.
“From 6 p.m. to midnight, Ukrainian military targeted Dokuchayevsk with 30 122mm artillery rounds. They also fired 130 82mm and 120 mm mortar rounds at Trudovskiye and Aleksandrovka villages west of Donetsk, Zaitsevo and Shirokaya Balka villages outside Gorlovka, Sakhanka, Leninskoye and Kominternovo villages in Novoazvoskiy district, Zhabichevo in Yasinovatskiy district, the industrial zone outside Yasinovataya and Donetsk airport,” the source said.
According to the officer, Ukrainian infantry fighting vehicle cannons fired dozens of rounds, and grenade launchers and small arms were also used.
Earlier reports said two residential houses in Dokuchayevsk and Aleksandrovka village west of Donetsk were damaged by Ukrainian army shelling. *jk
