Donetsk, Aug 27 - DAN. Two schools and three private houses in western Donetsk came under Ukrainian fire on August 26, the DPR mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.

As reported earlier, two civilians were injured in Staromikhailovka by Ukrainian shelling. A house and a garage sustained damage.

"It was established that Kiev forces opened fire from the direction of Krasnogorovka using IFV-2 targeting Staromikhailovka directly. The Staromikhailovka school and school No.85 have been damaged, as well as houses at 42 Kotsubinskogo, 2 Zhukovskogo and 73 Severnaya."

Walls, windows, roofs, doors and outbuildings were affected.

The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
