Donetsk, Feb 22 - DAN. Two Donetsk People’s Republic militiamen have been wounded in Kiev forces fire since the morning, DPR People’s Militia deputy commander Eduard Basurin said on Tuesday.
“The enemy has opened fire at DPR territory 23 times since the beginning of the current 24-hour period,” Basurin said. “Two militiamen were wounded as a result of Ukrainian aggression.”
Overall, 312 projectiles and mortar and grenade launcher rounds were fired at the DPR, he added. Thirteen DPR settlements came under fire.
Earlier reports on Tuesday said that three civilians had been killed in a car bomb explosion on the Donetsk-Gorlovka highway. Later on, a group of journalists came under recoilless gun fire in that area. *jk
